Do you want to help create the maintenance organization of the future in one of the region's most high-tech factories? Ljunghäll, part of the Gnutti Carlo Group, a global leader in advanced component manufacturing, is now looking for a Maintenance Engineering Manager who wants to drive our technical development in maintenance forward.
Here you will have a central role where you lead a team of maintenance engineers and automation technicians, working to create high operational reliability, stable production, and smart, long-term technical solutions.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Maintenance Engineering Manager, you have overall responsibility for developing and leading the technical part of the maintenance organization. You are a strategic driving force ensuring that our machines and systems operate with high stability, efficiency, and safety.
You lead a team of about 15 people in automation and maintenance systems, a team that is in an exciting development phase where new working methods, modernization, and efficiency improvements are high on the agenda. In this role, you will be a key person in creating a sustainable and proactive maintenance strategy. You work to increase availability, reduce disruptions, and create predictable operations in a production environment that demands high quality and delivery reliability.
TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT
You drive the technical agenda for the maintenance department and ensure that we work proactively and efficiently. By working data-driven with e.g. MTBF, MTTR, and disruption analysis, you create robust, long-term solutions. You lead the work with root cause analyses, technical improvements, and the development of preventive maintenance (PM), spare parts management, and documentation, always focusing on safety, operational reliability, and cost-effectiveness. Here you will have the opportunity to take automation into the next generation. You will drive the development from today's basic automation solutions to more advanced, smart, and efficient systems.
You will become a technical expert and problem solver who ensures that we achieve stable and quality-assured operations. When technical deviations occur, you lead structured analyses, identify root causes, and ensure that actions are implemented in our working methods, standards, and FMEA.
WHO ARE YOU?
You thrive in a role where you can combine technology, leadership, and analysis, playing a crucial role in ensuring that production runs at its best. You enjoy working long-term, creating structure, and being the one who drives improvements from words to reality.
We believe you have:
Technical education, preferably in mechanics, electrical/automation, industrial or mechanical engineering
Experience in leadership within the manufacturing industry
Good understanding of maintenance work, operational reliability, and technical calculations
Ability to work data-driven, analyze complex problems, and lead root cause analyses
Both operational engagement and strategic ability
With us at Gnutti Carlo Group, you will receive:
A key role in a modern and international industrial environment
Great opportunities to influence technical development and the future of maintenance work
A competent team and an organization with a strong focus on technology
The opportunity to develop within a global group, Gnutti Carlo Group
Welcome with your application!
